The second step to get traffic is to join forums.

please join forums that related to your blog/website themes. You can find the forums by searching on Google. Steps:

1. Type " your theme + forum " in the search engine box.
2. Choose forums that allows you to put your signature or those that have introduction section
3. Sign up for the forums as many as possible
4. Introduce yourself on the introduction section, tell briefly about yourself and your blogs/websites
5. Write your blog address on your signature
6. Be active in the forums
